- **How to Use the Training Base:**
1. Assemble the training base.
2. Attach the white elastic rope to the tennis ball by threading it through the string holes, ensuring a secure knot.
3. Hang the rope on the side of the training base.
4. Fill the base with water or sand after unscrewing the rubber plug, ensuring a tight seal.
5. Find an open space, toss the tennis ball up, or hit it with the racket using the elastic rope for repetitive training.
- **Instructions for Using the Grip Tape:**
1. Apply the grip tape tightly to the bottom of the racket handle.
2. Wrap the tape around the handle edge, gradually moving upwards by about 1/3 of the width.
3. Trim off any excess tape.
